Shari Hunt - REALTOR®
Hello! My name is Shari Hunt, a relator. My hobbies include making memories with my family, hiking and relaxing on the beach. I love my family and making memories in my home, its nice to be involved helping others and be a part of their dreams whether they are buying a home or investment property. I enjoy developing relationships and contribute more to people's lives by helping them.
I am a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, I have earned extra designations which include: GRI, ABR, e-pro, Certified Distress Expert and Premier Service Certified.
I have been successfully been putting people in their homes since 2001. Personally, I realize this isn't just buying a home it's a lifestyle process . I care about the emotions involved. I care and strive to develop a relationship with my clients. I point out the pros and cons of the properties. I educate them about the process during each stage. I am flexible with peoples schedule all over the world.
The other part of my business is insuring your investment in your home is well represented in the market when you decide to sell. The emotions that are involved are exciting to watch whether it's their first home or selling a home that their kids were born in. It's a privilege to be a part of their lives in this special process. I help coordinate activities with my network of professionals to ensure the transaction gets done properly. I also use technology to communicate out of the country or state which will make it the transaction go smoother. I am sensitive to your schedule and the need to work around it.
So, if you are looking for your dream home, starter home, downsizing, investment property, or want return on your investment when it's time to sell your home I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals. Whether you are buying or selling there are many different steps and processes that use many different resources.
By the way, if you are a veteran thank you for your service. As a veterans wife, I want to make sure you get the military rebate that is offered to you from our company.
I look forward to meeting you.
